Welcome to Courtyard Toft House. Our Bed & Breakfast accommodation is set in three acres of beautiful gardens, situated on a working farm with outstanding views over Draycote Water and open countryside.

The accommodation is in the recently converted and refurbished stables in the centre of the farm, which covers an area of 77.8 hectares, where we farm mainly beef. We also keep horses and poultry.

The accommodation itself is comprised of five rooms, and a Dining Room. Two rooms are on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. Each of the rooms has a wide range of facilities from digital alarm radio’s and TV’s to Tea making equipment. There is use of a larger freezer that is ideal for fishermen.

We welcome all families, groups and organisations.

The farm and accommodation is in the heart of Shakespeare country, with access to historic areas such as Warwick and Stratford within 30 minutes.

The NEC is Half an hour and Euston an Hour by train from Rugby .

We are in a position to be easily accessible from all areas with close links to motorways to the North, South and West.

In our area there are many activities available to suit all tastes. Draycote Water offers brilliant fishing facilities, a choice of water sports such as sailing and wind surfing. Beautiful scenic walks, both around Draycote Water and the surrounding countryside that flows as far as the eye can see.

Further a field, the Althorpe estate, Warwick Castle and many golf courses are all less than 30 minutes away.
