In the area there are many activities available to suit all tastes. These are available from a 10 minute walk to an hour away. Draycote Water offers brilliant fishing facilities, a choice of water sports such as sailing and wind surfing.
Beautiful scenic walks, both around Draycote Water and the surrounding countryside that flows as far as the eye can see.
Toft House is situated on the edge of Dunchurch with fine views over rolling countryside and Draycote Water with sailing, fishing, walking and Golf close by.
